Brain Junk LLC’s Policies

Scope
This statement applies to all Brain Junk LLC customers and visitors.

We gather only the information that you provide directly to Brain Junk LLC.

  • We do not sell customer or mailing lists to outside parties, including marketers.
  • Brain Junk LLC protect s your information under the Privacy Act. We value your privacy and have partnered with PayPal and other entities to protect your demographic, financial and other identifying information.

Full Privacy Policy
Brain Junk LLC will never rent, sell, or otherwise share any personal information that you have trusted us with. We will of course share your shipping information with the carriers that we contract with to ensure that you obtain your merchandise. We have contracted with Pay Pal and other merchant services to ensure that transmission of your credit card information is fully encrypted to provide optimal security. These exceptions are necessary for any transaction to take place on any website where a physical product is being sold.

Brain Junk LLC will gather information such as email addresses and other contact information for purposes of customer satisfaction and quality improvement.

Refund & Return Policy
If you need to return your shirt due to a manufacturer’s defect or because you received the wrong shirt, please contact us. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. To facilitate the exchange process, please include the order number which will be on the shipping slip. All returns are exchange only.

Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed on the Brain Junk LLC website, it will take approximately 3-7 business days for the order to be processed and the shirt(s) to be printed. After your order is processed it will be shipped. It may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to get your order. The actual time depends upon the shipping method that you selected during checkout.
